If you don't want to watch the video, here's the synopsis: "A teenage competition through a maze is used as an analogy to show how the scriptures help us get through life."

So, taking that analogy, Tygan found justification to take us to the BYU Recycling Maze that night!

It was really dark and the hallways were tall and narrow ... hand-holding was a necessity.

The pathways were tight and dark. We found a little corner to make out in but someone found us. It was hilarious.

What we learned: Well first of all, we learned that dark narrow mazes made of cardboard are quite creepy. And they bring people together.

Oh, and we were also reminded that just like overlooks in a maze, the scriptures can provide us guidance through life's uncertainties if we remember to turn to them regularly. There are so many things that need to be renewed often: our bodies, our minds, and our spirits. It was a good reminder during the grind of daily life that there are ways we can keep ourselves going in the right direction.
