Weekly Date: Corn Maze + Pumpkins

A week ago Tygan took me to a corn maze for our date! We doubled with some friends from church and it was awesome. But I mean, really, it's hard not to have a good time at a corn maze!

After going through the maze (which was relatively small), we checked out the nearby pumpkin patch. The corn maze, pumpkin patch, and other activities were all on this one farm 30 minutes from our home.

Since we already bought our pumpkins for the season, we just went to the patch to look around...and, of course, we ended up with two pumpkins and a squash. Oops.

To wrap it up, we bought some of the farm's hot apple cider and apple cider donuts. Sooooo good. That's why I decided on this location, actually; I'd never had an apple cider donut before, and it did not disappoint. We didn't get any pictures of that, though. We inhaled our food too quickly.

If any of you visit us sometime, I would highly recommend October. Seriously the best! (I'm also a huge fan of late June when the fireflies come out.) Except for some windy days, it has been absolutely stunning around here. I wish we could bottle fall.
